Welcome to QRCODEZ. By using our website, purchasing any of our services, or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or making payment.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by QRCODEZ, including but not limited to website design, website development, SEO, branding, and social media management.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Payment Terms

All projects require a deposit before work begins, as agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or as outlined in your agreement.
Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of project files and website access until payment is received in full.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to QRCODEZ are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, design fees, development fees, and payments for completed or partially completed projects.
Once work has started, resources and time are allocated to your project — therefore, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

4. Third-Party Services

QRCODEZ may use or recommend third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, website builders (e.g., Squarespace, Shopify, Wix), plugins, or marketing tools.
We are not responsible for any performance issues, outages, billing, or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for maintaining any third-party subscriptions, renewals, or account credentials unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the service agreement.
Any additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will incur extra charges.
Once a design, website, or project phase is approved by the client, further changes may result in additional fees.

6. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided for each project but may vary depending on client response times, feedback, and additional requests.
Delays in communication or late content submissions from the client can extend the project timeline.

7. Ownership & Deliverables

Upon final payment, clients own the rights to the completed website design and content created by QRCODEZ specifically for their project.
QRCODEZ retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and on our website.

All source files, logins, or editable assets remain the property of QRCODEZ until the project is paid in full.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and feedback necessary to complete the project.
QRCODEZ is not responsible for delays, errors, or missed deadlines caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

QRCODEZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We are not responsible for loss of data, downtime, or issues caused by hosting providers, third-party software, or external integrations.

10. Termination of Services

QRCODEZ reserves the right to terminate any project or service at any time for non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate client conduct.
All work completed up to the point of termination will remain billable and non-refundable.
